John Hall has more than 20 years of experience in public finance law, financial advisory, municipal finance and investment banking. He focuses his practice on traditional tax-exempt and taxable financings for general municipal issuers by serving as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel or disclosure counsel.

John’s prior experience working as a public finance investment banker gives him unique perspective on both sides of the transaction.
